Are you pet friendly?

Yes, dogs are welcome as long as they behave and are good dining companions.


Do you have gluten-free pizzas?

No, our pizzas contain gluten. However, we do offer some gluten-free dishes. Still, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of traces.

Check our menu for gluten-free options.


I’m pregnant. Which pizzas can I eat?

There are several options you can eat without any problem, but it’s best to check directly with the staff at the restaurant. They will let you know about the ingredients and help you choose or adapt a pizza according to your needs.


What is the difference between Gràcia and Eixample?

Same philosophy, changing menu.

Our two pizzerias have different menus. We maintain the same philosophy and dough type, but we wanted to take advantage of each location’s unique personality to keep exploring.

Eixample: Thanks to the spacious kitchen, we discover new flavors and textures, also making the most of seasonal ingredients.

Gràcia: Our first Sartoria. We preserve the classic flavors that have accompanied us over the years, along with a seasonal pizza.

But it’s not just the menu that changes: each pizzeria has its own atmosphere.

Gràcia: Small and cozy, with local charm and a neighborhood feel.

Eixample: A minimalist, industrial, sophisticated touch—perhaps more “international”.

In both, the focus is on the product and experience, carefully maintaining every detail to preserve and share our from farm to pizza philosophy.


Our hours: Monday to Sunday

Lunch:
13:00 – 15:30h

Dinner:
19:30 – 23:00h

These are our kitchen hours, but our doors remain open. After lunch, we close around 17:00h, and after dinner, around 00:00h.


Do you accept groups?

Yes, but due to the capacity of our venues, there is a maximum:

Gràcia: up to 8 people.
Eixample: up to 10 people.

Based on past experiences, we no longer split groups across multiple tables or accept reservations for larger groups. We’re sorry! We want to take care of both the service and the experience of everyone who visits us.


Do you host private events?

Yes, we organize private events at both of our pizzerias, with full exclusivity during opening and closing hours, for both lunch and dinner.

Do you have high chairs?

No, we don’t have high chairs. If you let us know when making your reservation, we will try to seat you at a table with space for a stroller.

We also have cushions to provide a bit more height, though they do not offer support.


Can I reserve a table on the Eixample terrace?

We don’t take reservations for terrace tables, as they depend on several factors. Upon arrival, you can ask if one is available, and if possible, we will assign it to you.


Is there a terrace at Gràcia?

No, but we have a cozy and well-lit indoor patio. Smoking is not allowed in this area.


Do you have a waitlist?

No, but we recommend checking our website the day before your reservation or the morning of the same day for cancellations or availability changes.

Can I choose the ingredients for my pizza?

We don’t customize pizzas, but you can remove any ingredient… even cheese!


How do we operate?

We offer two seating slots per service, each lasting 1 hour and 45 minutes.

Reservations for the first slot must adhere to this timing so we can prepare the space for the next seating. For this reason, we can only wait for a maximum of 15 minutes to avoid service delays.

What you need to know about our gift vouchers

You can come alone or with company, but the voucher must be redeemed in a single visit, not in multiple ones. Also, if there’s leftover balance, it will not be refunded.

Reminder: You have 6 months from the date of purchase to use it.

You must book online and enter the code to redeem and validate the voucher before arriving at the pizzeria.

Wheelchair access

Our Eixample pizzeria is fully accessible.

In Gràcia, due to the nature of the old building, modifications for accessibility were not possible. If you need more information, write to us, and we’ll assist you.


Do you have more restaurants?

Yes, we are also part of Grupo Sartoria with BRABO, a brasserie and fire sanctuary. The concept here is different.
